We have had a very busy few days traveling and getting settled here in Nicaragua. In about an hour we will leave to embark on the next part of this journey. From all the people helping us at the airport to free hotel upgrades and all the wonderful people we have met in our new community, we have been comforted in knowing that God has walked one step ahead of us in this adventure.
Our morning conversations and devotion was on this verse this morning...
"The Lord is my strength and my shield. Trust in him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving." Psalm 28:7
How fitting of a verse to wake up to this morning, trusting in him with all my heart, that he has walked one step ahead of us and has prepared us for this life changing opportunity to experience his love and grace in another country!
